Class being taught: Tea Party Gone Wrong:

This class will teach students the basic skills and supplies needed to construct 3-D cakes.  Tea Party Gone Wrong is a take on a topsy- turvy cake but with dramatic, gravity defying angles.  This cake can be used for bridal showers, baby showers, or birthday parties by making variations in the final decoration of the cake.

Students will fill, carve, and cover real cake in fondant adding pre-made accents- teacup handle, teapot handle and spout. The completed cake will leave you so excited!  The possibilities are almost endless with this new method of decorating cakes and will take the fear out of these gravity defying cakes.  You will become a regular at your local hardware store!
